Need a ride? Whether it’s to-from a Cloud 9 Canine service or an appointment elsewhere, we’re here to give your pet a ride to and from home!

We transport pets daily in our vehicles for services and follow strict safety protocols, from securing pets in the backseat with proper gear to keeping those windows rolled up so they can’t get their bodies out, to blocking the doorways, to planning ahead where we park for a soft landing that protects joints and avoids traffic—yes, it’s never “just a simple ride” here, of course!

Pet taxis are available on-demand, from 6am-11pm, 365 days per year, for all of our wonderful Kalamazoo neighbors whose lives or circumstances mean they just can’t be everywhere at once, or may not be currently driving vehicles themselves.

All clients must have a client account and have completed a new client Meet & Greet prior to your first service—once we’ve met you and your pet(s) to make certain the care plan is all set, you’re in the clear to book pet taxis whenever you may need transport!
