Pet sitting services operate from the comfort of your home—professional providers will come to your household to care for your pets.

Our hours of operation for services are from 6am-11pm! Over the years, we have found that most pets are MORE relaxed without having someone in their space 24/7. This allows them a chance to decompress and staff to come back refreshed without their attention divided by personal matters or their own pets while in your home.

All of our pet sitting services are in-home only (meaning, taking place in the clients’ household) at this time! We do not have a boarding facility and do not take drop-offs or provide in-facility care.

It is possible to have just one provider, yes! We will work with you to ensure you are fully comfortable with ANYONE that is coming to your home, and we offer various options for preparing for care if you are not totally comfortable with the idea of having multiple providers. You absolutely can request to meet all our providers before care.

We understand your concern and will work with you to ensure your pets and yourself are 110% comfortable while you’re away.

Our service agreement GUARANTEES we will have someone come out to provide service once paid and booked: we monitor all services and will automatically send someone else out so you do NOT have to worry about last minute cancellations, no-shows, or scrambling to find care.

Because humans get sick, have emergencies, and perform best when well-rested with ample breaks to spend time at home with their own pets, or may have to stay with a pet in the event of an urgent manner requiring supervision, we recommend having a more than one team members approved to care for your pet(s). We utilize specific protocols and information systems so that ALL staff know EXACTLY how to care for your home and pet, and we have a zero-tolerance policy for missed or skipped instructions (so it does not occur). If you would like, we can start off requiring that all staff shadow a staff familiar with your household’s care plans before visiting. There is no charge for shadow visits. Meet & Greets are $25.

Houeholds on recurring/standing appointment schedules are more likely to have more consistent staff visiting so we can plan ahead! We are happy to honor requests and work with you for the comfort of yourself and your pets: just ask, and we will get you all set up!

Comfortable Pet Introduction Package exists as a discounted rate to introduce a team of providers to your dog and design a protocol for their physical and behavioral welfare. If you would like to acclimate your dog to care or have specific needs, reach out to us about this package option!

In short: we can limit the number of staff coming in with some planning ahead!

No hidden or additional *fees! All services are priced solely by duration of time we are in your home. We can manage your household and care for everything you may need in your home while you are away without extra charges.

*Holiday bookings incur a holiday charge.

Pet sitting packages are priced for a singular day of service. If you don’t need all the services within the package, the booking reservation would just be a “mix and match” of stand-alone services!

Yep! For staff safety, we have to be notified in advance if anyone else may have access to the home (we don’t enter homes if it appears someone is present and we weren’t notified in advance who would bet here and when). Other than that, you’re good to go! We’re happy to provide supplemental care.

We welcome you to review testimonials from clients with anxious pets, reactive dogs, aggressive pets (including those with bite histories), hyper pets, shy pets, diabetic pets, pets with spinal cord injuries, and the like, regarding their experiences with our care. We’ve seen just about it all!

If your pet requires medication beyond a simple pill, eye drop, or oral dosage, or a medical/behavioral concern, our policy is to require that all staff complete a shadow visit on the protocol to DEMONSTRATE proficiency on *THAT PET’S* unique medication administration/health precautions/behavior protocol FIRST before coming out to the home. These training processes and protocols are overseen by our Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Certified Dog Behavior Consultant. There is NO CHARGE for shadow visits. You may also request that all staff come to your home for a Meet & Greet (or multiple!) prior to providing care for your pets. Meet & Greets are $25 and you may let us know this is what you would like and we are happy to provide this for you as a requirement for any of our staff.

We also value frequent communication with our clients via messaging, phone call, or even in-home visits to discuss with you about how things are going and what would make you most comfortable.

We’ve seen just about it all, with Jordan starting in the professional pet industry in June 2014, and Nicole working in pet sitting since May 2018. With our combined years of professional experience with pets that are NOT our own, we are confident and comfortable in caring for a wide variety of pets with special needs: including the important skill of knowing when to say no and refer you to someone better suited for you, in the rare instance that is the case.

We are the MOST particular clients in our entire client list using services for our own pets, and we started this company because we could not trust anyone to care for our pets and were sick of the horror stories from “hobby” sitters without oversight and proper education (knowledge and skill).

You are welcome to book as long or as little duration of service as you like! At bare minimum, our policy is to not leave dogs alone for more than 8 hours in the daytime or 12 hours overnight, and once daily for all other species–that is a MINIMUM we will accept as a booking. Minimum means that we won’t approve bookings with schedules less than this: we strive to leave no more than 6 hours in the daytime and 8 hours overnight, if that is within your booking allowance.

We route schedules to reduce those timeframes to match your schedule. Some pets benefit from extended visits of 2-6 hours of consecutive care, and some pets do best with a quick let out here and there. Schedules are flexible to be designed however you wish, though we offer packages at a discounted rate for our most commonly-requested schedule types.

Cancellations for pet sitting bookings require a 7 day notice. You will receive an automated email reminder 24 hours prior to the charge of services to notify you of the cancellation window.

Circumstances happen! In the event of an extenuating circumstance, we may choose to grant you a partial credit to your account. In the event you are not eligible for an account credit, we will send our staff to the SPCA of Southwest Michigan to donate the paid working hours to shelter dogs and cats providing enrichment and exercise so that staff may still receive pay despite the cancellation.

Unfortunately, due to a history of non-payment issues from past clients, we, as a small business, have had to move to requiring payment BEFORE services are rendered. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes! We are proud to be serving the Kalamazoo area 365 days per year, 6am-11pm, rain, snow, or shine. We’ll be there. 🙂

Weekends do not carry any special rates or uncharges, though there is a holiday fee, 100% of which goes to the staff out providing essential care services away from their own friends and family. The holiday fees are specific to each holiday and outlined in your invoices at booking, with an automated reminder email sent prior to the holiday so you will be aware of the charge before it goes through.
