Though many adaptations now exist to expand upon the model, it remains a significant historical movement. From the Yorkies to the Great Danes, we’ll say it every day: your dog needs to be a dog, able to let loose and express themselves, every single day. #letdogsbedogs Toby Thursday should be everyday: he is SUCH a handsome looker! His second extended visit service through his separation anxiety with his siblings went swimmingly, and we are grateful for the opportunity to give his humans a night out while their fur babies are comfy-cozy at home. Tale as old as time: a German Shepherd and her beloved (stick, ball, toy). These pups LOVE bonding with their favorite toy item. We find many dogs, whether bold or bashful, benefit from taking familiar items with them on the walk and are more than happy to bring any items along for the neighborhood stroll! Remember tiny puppy, Beans? Here is today, handsome as can be! 🎀 Melanie 🎀 Odie and Faith spent the summer on field trips to develop an ability to take deeeeeep breaths and relax in new environments. Nature outings are a central piece of behavioral intervention plans for dog reactivity in most cases, and getting him off his neighborhood and out into new places to develop new associations with sights, sounds, and surfaces developed his emotional regulation skills. As an added bonus, he’s quite the handsome view in the rearview mirror!
